Due to the compact design of the O2 Curve mask, it is not compatible with the N95 testing procedure. The filter media used in the O2 Curve is capable of filtering ultra-fine particulates. In addition, the O2 Curve achieved a 98.6% efficiency for PM2.5 during tests performed at the University of Waterloo's Green Energy and Pollution Control Research Lab. No mask is capable of guaranteeing 100% protection against viruses. However, due to its medical-grade silicone seal, the O2 Curve provides a better air-tight seal and fit than most cloth and disposable masks.
