The adaptor simply screws into your rod, then you can attach the VFG Felts for your chosen calibre. So you get the benefit of the VFG Cleaning felts without needing to purchase the additional VFG cleaning rod. This Adaptor fits US Rods with thread 8-32 UNC only. For US rod 8-32 UNC Female Thread. Fits regular rods like Hoppe's, Dewey & Outers.
