This all-star soup is inspired by traditional flavours of American Southwestern cuisine. Red lentils, rice and a delicious blend of regionally inspired vegetables are brought together in a flavourful tomato broth. This vegetarian and lactose-free soup is rich in soy protein to give you all the energy you need. “Ranchero” is a word commonly used in Mexico and the western United States to describe a ranch worker of yesteryear.
