Blanquette, or white savoury sauce, coats a generous portion of egg noodles topped with juicy chicken morsels and fresh vegetables. Herbs with a hint of garlic and black peppercorns enriches this elegant classic, while preserving its savoury taste. This meal is served with tender chicken, egg noodles with vegetables such as peas, carrots and fresh corn.
