PRST ™ LE is a pure sniper developed tripod in collaboration with the pioneers in tripod shooting as well as military and police snipers.

The entire design is focused on simplicity, ease of use and durability under harsh conditions in the field. This tripod has the same functions as PRST Elite, but is made of aluminum instead of carbon. The price therefore goes down somewhat. The weight goes up a bit. So if you are not a gram hunter, this may be the tripod for you.

FEATURES:

ALUMINUM: you can choose either aluminum or carbon fiber. On the LE we sacrificed weight and lowered
the cost of the tripod without changing the shooter specific attributes that come with the P.R.S.T™.

ALUMINUM CROWN: the aluminum crown has been redesigned to save weight, reduce diameter for
faster packing and accommodates slots for the easy attachment of carrying slings. Another key feature is
the ability to weigh down the tripod without hindering the function of the center column.

CENTER COLUMN: a center column is crucial for micro adjustments, especially when you are doing
loophole shots or find yourself in situations where the size of your shooting window is limited.
When you are in the field and need to do micro adjustments, simply adjusting the legs is too awkward and
will not be precise enough. With the center column you can be on your scope while performing the micro
adjustment.
Furthermore, our center column does not have a locking function, and that is by choice. To have a center
column that can turn without interruption is a must when shooting moving targets. Of course, this can be
done with a ball head, but a lot of Special Forces shooters do not use ball heads to save weight.
In addition, we made sure that the center column was not too long. This ensures that you can use the
tripod while shooting prone or when using the tripod for spotting.

LEGLOCKS: these are a crucial component of any tripod. They must lock well enough to support the
weight, be easy to handle—even with mittens—and never get stuck. The P.R.S.T™ is fitted with a “snap
lever” leg lock to meet these challenges and gives you an opportunity to set it up to fit your rig.
A tripod fitted with the twist lock system, which was designed for photographers working in a studio, is
sure to fail at some stage when used under the demanding situations a shooter often finds themselves in.
Over the years we have experienced tripods that could not be collapsed due to icy rain, freezing
temperatures or other environmental impacts on the twist locks.

FOUR SECTIONS LEGS: we made the P.R.S.T™ with four sections for two reasons. Firstly, you get a higher
tripod in situations where that is needed, such as in deep snow, on steep slopes and in urban
environments. Secondly, with four sections you can collapse the tripod into a shorter package, which
makes it easier to carry.

LOAD RATING: the tripod industry has no set rules on how to measure this, but we guarantee our tripod
is able to handle up to 20 kg (40 lbs), and as far as we are concerned, if your rifle weighs more than this
you should seriously consider a fixed- or vehicle-mount.

SCREWS: are secured by Loctite 243

GREASE: has been applied to gliding and moving parts
