We are getting there as we continue to mix the worlds of different skills sets, martial arts, and movement with self defense and the necessary tools. Get active, stay healthy and be consistent. Be a Capable Citizen! Here is the list of positions followed by a few recommended ways to involve them in a fitness session. Be safe. Kneeling (rear knee) Seated Fetal left Supine Fetal right Prone Roll over prone right Roll over prone left We use “kneeling” as a gateway to the other positions. Various Flows: Standing Kneeling Seated Fetal L/R Prone Pop up to knees Standing And repeat Standing Kneeling Roll over prone R Roll over prone L Kneeling Standing Standing Kneeling Seated Kneeling Standing Repeat and alternate sides Any of these can be added to a workout circuit or be done isolated for time. Zee recommends setting the timer for 5 minutes and just flowing through one of the above series. Remember to get a sight picture and manipulate the safety switch as appropriate (any time you move from one position to another).
