CHINESE circuit boards - are they BULLETPROOF?

In our first test we went for broke and tested the Chinese circuit boards with 9mm at a velocity of 1400 fps. This wasn't an unrealistic speed since that is achievable out of a pistol or something like an MP5. In this video we see if a milder 9mm round will be stopped. Bear in mind this is just another test-point and we still don't know what type of 9mm ammo they use in Hong Kong.
