ATF amnesty for braced pistols? LINK BELOW.

LINK: https://omb.report/icr/202208-1140-007/doc/124454800 The ATF seems to have inadvertently announced that they plan to conduct an amnesty for braced pistols. This means that if you want to remain compliant you would have to complete a Form 1 for every braced pistol you have which includes finger prints, your photograph, and possibly a photograph of the gun. The gun would then be subject to NFA restrictions like not being able to take the gun out of state. It also doesn't address those who live in states where SBR's are illegal. #ATF #braces #amnesty
