The K98 That Tiger Tank Crews Wish They Had: M63

Have you even heard of this before? Called the "Tanker Mauser M63" it was produced in small quantities by Zastava (read high quality) and available for only a few years. Mitchell's Mausers imported them. Here TacticalDoodle and I consider its awesomeness after shooting it for several years. The price we paid for it will astound you. Not really used in WW II this was an exercise of actually producing the long rumored Tanker Mauser. Mind you, this was not a surplus rifle but a top quality new production Mauser from Kragujevac, Serbia. You'll see what a brand new pre war quality K98 would look like by examining the quality of this M63 Tanker. We will talk about the resulting ergos and its shootability along with a quick review of the K98 platform. We will consider its uses. And oh yeah this one is also chambered in .308 which brings its own level of excitement.
