School of the Longhunter 2022

During the first weekend in April I attended the 27th annual School of the Longhunter at Prickett’s Fort State Park in Fairmont, West Virginia. This is a unique event that focuses on learning 18th century culture and history through a combination of seminars and hands-on demonstrations. But learning is only one part of the experience. You get a full 18th century immersive experience with 18th century camping and social activities in the fort.
