Spyderco weighs is in with some modern interpretations of the Old West Bowies. I am happy Spyderco is doing these...a new direction and a nod to the traditional large fixed blade knife. Here's the first one I will consider: The Province. I will spend time is this fun fixed blade review talking about the 1st/2nd Cool of the blade. The blade for me falls short in some key areas. Some super cool competitive options are proffered which I might prefer more! Place was DLT Trading Co. At the time many knife enthusiasts had believed the lie that big knives weren't worth having and so they weren't selling! Now everyone knows the truth so demand is back where it should be. This knife today would cost about $325 if produced new.
