Rod Giltaca confronts Australian researcher, quickly cut off by Mass Casualty Commission #mustwatch

During the Mass Casualty Commission session on September 6th 2022, Joel Negin, a professor at Sydney School of Public Health, presented a very subjective research paper on the alleged "success" of implemented gun control legislation in Australia. The report used a very specific timeline of May 1996 to May 2018 and made the claim that no other mass murder events had been committed after that time. This appears to be contradicted by a quick and easy online search (see Wikipedia link below). In response to this report, CCFR's Rod Giltaca, who was only given 5 minutes to respond to this report at the commission, asks a key question which pointed out that the report was subject to interpretation, but focused entirely on the Australian experience, Australian law, and completely irrelevant to the mass casualty event in Nova Scotia. Watch as Rod asks Negin "How would any of this have stopped the mass casualty event in Nova Scotia? In Canada?"
