During Question Period, Richard Martel told the government that in 2021, Greater Montreal hit its highest homicide level in ten years. He pointed out that this year, Montreal is on track to surpass those unfortunate numbers. He gave several examples including one from just last week, where a dead body was found, stuffed into a recycling bin.
